But one in five women may experience any of the following "atypical" symptoms -- and should seek medical attention promptly: Five Ways to Stay Heart-Healthy 1. Maintain a healthy weight. 2. Eat a diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, fiber, and fish; aims for 25% of calories from fat; and includes no more than 20 grams (g) of saturated fat daily. 3. Exercise 4. Don't smoke. 5.
