Health article index >> "Make Breast Cancer History! " The National Breast Cancer Coalition has launched a national campaign – "Make Breast Cancer History!" Elected officials make decisions every day that impact breast cancer detection, treatment, prevention, and cure, and voters should consider a candidate's stand on substantive breast cancer issues. As part of this campaign, NBCC has engaged in a pledge drive that asks people to consider politicians' positions and actions on NBCC's legislative priorities before they cast their votes in November. NBCC hopes to get one million signed pledges before the campaign ends in October. The more pledges gathered, the greater the voice to eradicate breast cancer. You can do your part by signing the pledge. Please click on the link to the "Make Breast Cancer History!" pledge card. Please sign and email it to all of your friends and family members. The NBCC website www.natlbcc.org has other information related to the campaign, including NBCC's six legislative priorities.
