GIVINGCAPITAL NAMES GRETCHEN NICKEL PRESIDENT

GivingCapital, a Philadelphia-based e-services company that enables charities to
collect and process funds online, has promoted Gretchen Nickel to president from
chief financial officer.

"With a highly successful first round of funding and the rapid rise in the
number of nonprofits using our technology, GivingCapital is in a strong
position," says Nickel, who has more than 14 years of experience in domestic and
international financial, accounting, and administrative management with Fortune
500 companies. "My job is to continue GivingCapital's expansion and to oversee
more partnering with financial service companies to offer our innovative donor-
advised fund."

GivingCapital has introduced the first independent, online donor-advised fund
(DAF). GivingCapital's DAF, an online foundation-style account used for
charitable giving, will give donors an online account management system and a
choice of financial service companies.

Nickel's first professional assignments were with Citibank nationally and
internationally, culminating in her designation as vice president and financial
controller for the Asia/Pacific and Central/South America Regions of the
Financial Institutions Group. Nickel then served as CFO of the Outsourced
Services Division of Fiserv. For six years, she was an independent consultant
specializing in mergers and acquisitions and chief financial officer services.

Before joining GivingCapital, Nickel was CFO at Stockpower, Inc., a San
Francisco-based e-commerce firm that enables direct stock purchasing over the
Web. Nickel succeeds Rich Masterson, co-founder of US Interactive, who is now
chairman of GivingCapital's board of directors.

GivingCapital provides advanced Internet applications that allow nonprofit
organizations to receive and process online donations through their Web sites
and manage online fundraising. More than 90 charities from across the country,
including The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and the Elizabeth Glaser
Pediatric AIDS Foundation, are using GivingCapital's patent pending technology.
